Estimates are generated automatically from your answers and public market information. They are not offers, quotes, appraisals or valuations, and they may differ materially from any price a buyer proposes. Buyers decide whether to proceed and on what terms, in their sole discretion.
Your submissions
You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are authorized to submit it, and that you will not submit company files, data exports, credentials or personal data about other people. If you are referring a company you do not own or run, you confirm you have a reasonable basis to believe its owner would welcome contact.

Do not misuse the site, including by submitting false information, attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, interfering with the site, or scraping it in bulk.
No warranty; limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Octet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on an estimate or other site content. Octet’s total liability relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
